Ovo Energy

I have been with OVO for 6 months now, and have been really happy with them. Bills are easy to understand, monthly statement is received online. All the communication that I have had has run smoothly. I would recommend them.

Horrific

Just about the worst example of customer service I've ever had, and that's saying a lot given that on average my experience of Customer Service from Energy Companies ranges from "Really really bad" to "Not that great". Avoid like the plague.
