    How long will it take to transfer energy supplier?

    • Select the best option for you and complete your personal details (these pages are completely secure).
    • Immediately on pressing confirm we will send you an email confirming all the details of your energy supplier transfer and information on what happens next.
    • Depending on the supplier you have a 'cooling off period' of between seven and 14 days, just in case you change your mind about wanting to transfer energy supplier.
    • Your new supplier will contact you to confirm the date your new service will commence. This process usually takes between 28 and 45 days.
